We reveal what others
cannot see for themselves.
The clarity you need is already in the room.
Private counsel for executives, founders, and organizational leaders. At the moments that matter most.
Start a conversationThe Aperio Perspective
Most organizations and leaders are not missing information. They are missing perspective. Aperio was built on a single conviction: the clarity that changes decisions requires a trained eye from outside the frame. We do not add complexity. We reveal what was already there.
How We Advise
Aperio reads the room before it moves. It does not arrive with answers already prepared, and it does not offer frameworks as a substitute for thinking.
Every engagement begins with listening: to the culture, the gaps, the story no one has articulated yet. What emerges is built on what is actually there, not what should theoretically be there.
What We Do
Executive Advisory
A thinking partner at the highest level — outside perspective, without the agenda.
Organizational Strategy
Strategy built from what an organization actually is, not a predetermined template.
Founder Counsel
The senior, honest read a founder needs in the middle of building.
About Aperio
Camille Gaudet did not set out to build a consulting firm. She built Aperio because she kept walking into rooms — executive offices, board meetings, founder retreats — and seeing what the people inside them could not: the blind spot, the misalignment, the story no one had said out loud yet. Aperio exists because that kind of clarity was too rare, and too valuable, to keep occasional.
Aperio takes its name from the Latin aperio — to uncover, reveal, open, make visible. That is the entire premise of the firm. We do not add complexity. We reveal clarity. Most organizations and leaders are not missing information; they are missing perspective. The kind that actually changes decisions requires a trained eye from outside the frame.
Camille's perspective was built across nonprofits, founder-led companies, executive offices, and the human systems that hold them together. She learned where they connect, where they strain, and what it takes to see them clearly. She is not a coach, and she does not arrive with a framework already decided. She reads the room first, then tells the truth about what she sees.
Aperio was built around that instinct: a trusted advisor with a trained eye.
The most important decisions deserve the clearest possible thinking.
